the breakfast was lovely it included lots of options. the swimming pool was alot bigger then i thought. the room was very clean and it had a comfortable bed to.
the shower curtain was very annoying it kept sticking to me while i showered. i couldn't find any coffee in the room only tea was available. the shower pressure wasnt consistent either.

The food was AMAZING!!! the staff was super helpful. They always had a smile. our family room was spacious, offering plenty of room for a baby cot. i liked the hotel's tranquil location. It.
the wifi connection was sometimes unstable, made working remotely a bit difficult.

i stayed in a good family room. the staff provided excellent service at all times and were always available to assist us. breakfast offered a wide selection of options.
the wi-fi signal did not extend reliably to all areas of the hotel. the restaurant menu featured a limited selection of dishes, disappointing, apply, twice.

the staff was friendly and helpful. my room was clean and tidy. the breakfast had a good selection, and the double aspect room was excellent. I would request it for future visits. the elite hall is great. my granddaughter is getting married there.
I felt that the placement of handrails in the accessible bathroom needs some rethinking. there was nothing in the shower. the one next to the toilet made it difficult to reach the toilet paper.

The room was massive and very clean. I also had a beautiful view of the golf course. the double aspect room was excellent. I found it worthy of requesting again. it provided a comfortable stay. a GREAT night sleep was guaranteed.

warm roomunclean floor
The room was quite warm (it felt stuffy). A fan was provided, but it barely helped. Loud noise persisted throughout the night. I also noticed some cleanliness issues. The bathroom floor was UNCLEAN upon arrival and , the housekeeping didn't service my room. I found this frustrating.

the room was spacious and very clean. the view overlooked the golf course. breakfast had a great food choice. the pool and changing facilities were excellent.
the hotel could benefit from some updates. i found the bar atmosphere a little lacking. there was only one small radiator in the bedroom, so the room felt a bit chilly.
